Job Overview
The USI Supporting UK CBS HR Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support.
Operational Excellence
You will provide high-quality first-line learning administration support, ensuring all system-related activities or updates are completed accurately within time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines.
Collaboration
Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements to maintain a positive team spirit and professional image of the Practice Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System (LMS).
- Processing of all scheduled reports and providing delegate lists.
- Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work.
- Closing classes and processing post-course evaluations and feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times.
- Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required.

- Ability to work using own initiative and act with urgency when necessary.
- Enthusiastic learner regarding new technologies and industry trends.
- Logical approach to problem-solving and highly adaptable to change.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office package applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0-1 years of work experience in learning administration, back-office operations, or customer service.
- Preferred: Prior experience in the Training and Development domain is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work in the scheduled shift of 2 PM to 11 PM.
