Job Introduction
Cognizant is hiring for the position of Analyst Trainee.
This mass hiring drive is specifically for 3-year full-time undergraduate degree holders from the graduating batches of 2024 and 2025. Selected candidates will be aligned to various practices such as Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, Integrated Smart Operations, or IT based on credentials and performance.
Note: Candidates currently enrolled in full-time postgraduate programs are NOT eligible to apply.

Role Specializations
Candidates will be assigned to one of the following domains:
- IT & Integrated Smart Operations: Focus on database queries, CRUD operations, stored procedures, and service ticket resolution.
- Multicloud: Administering computing environments, production server monitoring, and cloud environment support.
- Digital Workplace Services: Technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute test cases, scripts, and manual/automated data tests.
- Analyze root causes and fix service tickets following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain computing environments and monitor production servers.
- Adhere to customer security, compliance, and communication etiquettes.
- Provide first-line technical support and accurately document support tickets.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement plans (CSI) and knowledge sharing.
Eligibility Criteria
For IT & Smart Operations:
- BCA, BSc (CS, IT, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Stats, Electronics).
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (No rounding off).
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace:
- Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BMS, etc.).
- Minimum 50% in academics (No standing arrears).
General Requirements:
- Flexibility to work from any location and any shift timing (24/7 environment).
- Open to Indian nationals and OCIs currently residing in India.
- No assessments or interviews attended with Cognizant in the last 6 months.
