Key Responsibilities
- Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order (FI), and eInvoices as per established processes.
- Reconcile work by verifying entries and comparing system reports.
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports.
- Manage daily production planning and allocate inflow volume to team members.
- Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discounts, and resolving discrepancies.
- Process employee travel and expense reports, verifying advances and receipts.
- Utilize advanced Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, data cleansing) for reporting.
- Resolve queries related to wrong postings, reversals, and corrections.
- Ensure SOPs are updated frequently with latest client sign-offs.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in invoice processing and monthly tax reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements
- University graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor/Master of Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or Business Administration (MBA).
- Relevant work experience in AP, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Sound knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Practical knowledge of SAP, Reporting tools, and Service Now.
- Understanding of the Source to Pay (S2P) process is a plus.
- Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
